As a Senior Employee Relations Investigator you will sit within PNC's Employee Relations organization.
This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.Job Description
- Administers an organization's employee relations investigation function, ensuring that it remains in line with goals and strategies.
- Designing and supporting human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
- Maintaining open communication between management and employees and advising on resolutions for employee relations.
- Implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
- Conducts investigative procedures in response to violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
