We’re seeking a Senior Employee Experience Specialist to join our People Insights & Experiences team. This remote role focuses on improving the employee experience to continue to make Diebold Nixdorf a great place to work.  You will play a key role in the success of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), helping drive engagement, inclusion, and community across the organization, while ensuring these groups align with DN’s mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives.  You will also work closely with the People Insights team to develop action planning materials based on employee feedback, helping leaders drive data-driven strategies to continuously improve the workplace culture.

As a member of a global company, you will regularly interface with colleagues from around the world, contributing to initiatives that drive inclusivity and engagement on a global scale. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, collaborative individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of employee engagement practices, and the ability to manage complex projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

  • ERG Program Administration: Manage the logistics, activities, and operations of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring they are supported in fostering community, engagement, and inclusivity.
  • Collaboration with ERG Champions: Work closely with ERG leaders and champions to support initiatives that align with company goals, DEI objectives, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and report on ERG participation, engagement, and impact, using data to provide insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with the People Insights team to analyze employee feedback and develop actionable insights to help leaders improve the overall employee experience.
  • Support Leadership with Action Plans: Assist in creating materials that help leaders understand employee feedback and identify areas for improvement. Including presentations, reports, and action planning guides.
  • Work with relevant cross-functional teams to design and support initiatives that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and a sense of belonging.
  • Continuously assess and improve the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding to ensure an exceptional, inclusive, and engaging experience for all employees across the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions based on employee insights and trends, driving efforts to continually enhance the company’s culture and make it a best-in-class workplace.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Employee Engagement, Strategic HR Business Partner roles, or People Insights, with a strong focus on supporting ERGs, employee experience, or DEI initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Diversity Equity Inclusion, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management, SHRM) are a plus.
  • Proficiency with data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Qualtrics, PowerPoint) and presenting findings clearly.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives and driving them to successful outcomes.
  • This is a remote position based in the United States, with a primary working schedule in Eastern Standard Time (EST). 
  • Due to the global nature of the company, you may occasionally need to adjust working hours for meetings with colleagues in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia- Pacific) regions, which may require earlier start time to accommodate different time zones. 
  • Flexibility to engage with colleagues across multiple time zones is essential for success in this role. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders, including senior leaders and ERG members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and materials for leadership.
  • Passion for creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging workplace culture.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.
