In This Role, You’ll…

• Take ownership of the quality, reliability, and performance of a product that is used by millions of people. You’ll be a critical escalation path for production incidents in addition to a guiding voice as the team works to resolve them.
• Lead an organization that balances thoughtful, rigorous technical decision-making with rapid product iteration and experimentation.
• Design systems that scale teams and people – career ladders, development processes, team structures, etc.
• Represent engineering in collaboration with the heads of product, design, data, marketing, and others to define and execute on a roadmap for our product.
• Challenge organizational direction and advocate for the company we should be, not just the company we currently are.
• Identify, attract, empower, and retain top engineering talent to build an organization that can execute against an ambitious roadmap.
