EssentialAs the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Ritual, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the functional guidance, third-party manufacturing relationships, procurement, inventory, and logistics requirements for Ritual. Your expertise in supply chain management will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial goals.

What You'll Do:

• Guide, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, with a focus on continuous improvement and systems implementation within the team.
• Oversee and report on key performance indicators for procurement, inventory, and logistics to executive guidance and provide strategic insights and recommendations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Represent Ritual internally and externally with executive-level management, including negotiation on critical matters.
• Oversee the inventory management process, maximizing levels to meet customer need and minimize excess.
