Overview & Scope

The Services Portfolio leader works closely with the Sales organizations, Customer Experience organization, customers and partners to ensure the overall success of the sale and implementation of the Blue Yonder Services Portfolio. The Services Portfolio leader is expected to create strong relationships with their Sales and Delivery teams and help them to improve the time-to-sale and time-to-value of our SaaS and services aligned portfolio, while expanding the Services Portfolio footprint to meet annual revenue, booking, and margin targets. Through the service portfolio, the SPM will help drive a high degree of customer satisfaction to develop referenceable customers and is considered a revenue-enabling, customer-facing position.

What you’ll do

Portfolio Management and Development:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive, high quality, innovative and competitive services portfolio that aligns with Blue Yonder’s strategic goals and customer needs
  • Identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitive offerings to drive the evolution of the services portfolio.
  • Strategic portfolio planning, execution, integration and target account identification with Service Sales and Delivery 

Go-To-Market Strategy:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to create compelling value propositions for service offerings and integrate the services portfolio into sales plays and sales motions
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced services, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement
  • Provide input on sales collateral, training, and customer-facing materials to support service promotion and adoption

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor the performance of service offerings, measuring customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability including monthly report outs, highlighting key metrics and recommending actions to optimize the portfolio
  • Analyze portfolio performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, using insights to inform portfolio development
  • Act as the voice of the customer, bringing feedback and recommendations to internal teams to refine and improve service offerings
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communicate portfolio updates across the organization to ensure consistent messaging

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other business units (e.g. Professional Services, Customer Support) to ensure service delivery excellence
  • Interfacing with Sales leaders, Services leaders, Delivery leaders, Unified CoE, Industry leads, and pursuit teams
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Professional Services (sales and deliver) and Support teams to incorporate new technologies, capabilities, and service innovations.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 5+ years in managing and developing service portfolios, preferably in supply chain, software, and/or SaaS industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and continuously improve services that align with company goals and customer needs
  • Understanding of service portfolio lifecycle management, including phase-out and optimization strategies
  • Proven ability to analyze portfolio performance metrics (e.g., customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability) to optimize services
  • Strong communication skills to align internal stakeholders on service portfolio updates and strategic direction
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service sales, delivery, marketing, and product management

The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $194,000.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
