Your Role:

Are you ready to take charge of revenue performance marketing? In this role, you'll be at the helm of a dynamic team within the Revenue Marketing department, driving our annual revenue growth plan through innovative marketing strategies and demand generation efforts. Your expertise in revenue generating programs, pipeline influence and conversion, budget allocation, team management, and strategic partnerships will be crucial in achieving our goals. The Senior Director of Revenue Performance Marketing will be at the helm of creating the top of the funnel pipeline, accelerating it through the middle of the funnel, and creating activations that convert more of that pipeline into revenue at the bottom of the funnel.

Your Opportunity:

  • Pipeline Generation: Drive a comprehensive portfolio of activities aimed at acquiring new pipeline and enhancing engagement through paid, content syndication, in-product marketing, webinars, events, email campaigns, social media, and other channels

  • Revenue Creation: Employ creative and strategic programs to help influence and accelerate deals throughout the pipeline through to bookings

  • Full Pipeline Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to continually optimize efforts and maximize results from the start to the bottom of the pipeline

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the marketing demand "funnels" to support the company's annual revenue growth, including setting pipeline generation goals and forecasts

  • Team Management: Lead a global demand generation team, ensuring accountability and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives across product areas

  • Financial Oversight: Manage budget and spending prioritization for the core growth marketing team to maximize return on investment

  • Agency Coordination: Direct and manage global digital marketing agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing activations

  • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with the Web Strategy team to enhance the buyer's journey and improve conversion rates on landing pages through various online channels including paid search, paid social, and content syndication

  • Account-Based Marketing: Oversee the outbound/account-based marketing team to effectively target and penetrate key accounts and verticals

  • Technology Utilization: Optimize the use of our marketing technology stack, including Marketo, DemandBase, Salesforce, and several generative AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in B2B marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams

  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through performance marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation strategies

  • Extensive experience with marketing technologies and digital marketing tools

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to assess campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. US Pay Ranges$184,000—$245,333.33 USD
