Senior Director of Product Management - Care Technology

As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology at Thirty Madison. You will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, clinical tooling, and pharmacy operations platforms. Your leadership will ensure our products not only meet the current needs of healthcare providers and pharmacists but also anticipate future challenges in the healthtech landscape. This role requires a balance of technical depth, healthcare industry expertise, and leadership skills to oversee a team of Product Managers and individual contributors (ICs). Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.

  • The base pay range for this position is $195,200 - $268,400 per year.**

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What you get to do every day 

  • Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our EHR, clinical tooling, and pharmacy operations. Lead the product management team to achieve business goals, fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating product development timelines.
  • Team Management and Development: Oversee a team of Product Managers and ICs. Mentor and develop the team, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing feedback and support for career growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, clinical, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product strategies align with company goals. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Incorporate user feedback and market research into product development to ensure our solutions meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. Advocate for the best possible user experience.
