As our Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Operation, you will be responsible for exhibiting strong judgment while solving problems, prioritizing, demonstrating attention to detail in your work, and being flexible when new information is introduced into the client or team situation. Every day, you will be expected to directly influence and assist in maturing several key processes such as financial analyses, process performance report creation, model and tool development, process flows, group meeting facilitation, and client relationship development. To thrive you must be a high-performing hands-on individual who has proven delivery with a strong understanding of the revenue cycle process and technology.
Here’s What You Can Expect
- Direct a team of analysts and lean-redesign professionals who partner with process owners for ongoing standardization across multiple facilities and process refinement.
- You will guide the team to use data to generate key insights including variances to best practice, current maturity and performance, adoption levels, and pain points.
- Actively build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business including appropriate communication, insight, and incident management.
- Partner across teams and with key stakeholders to simplify processes, and policy and align procedures to changing business models/priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a significant portion in leadership (director or above).
- Experience with backend operations (billing, coding, claims management, denial management, and AR).
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead large teams and manage department budgets.
- Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting.
- Strategic vision and operational excellence across end-to-end solutions.
