Job Title: Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness and Enablement
Location: Remote, US
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, leads Human Resources Business Partnering as well as Organizational Effectiveness/Human Capital Development/Talent Management for Everfox. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and executing human capital/organizational effectiveness/talent management strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training, overseeing programs to enhance the employee lifecycle, and driving organizational development and effectiveness.
What You'll be Doing:
Partner closely with the leadership team to define organizational values aligned with company vision and mission as well as the supporting cultural competencies that drive desired behaviors and results. Lead initiatives to improve organizational development and effectiveness.
Establish and maintain talent development, learning, and performance management evaluations strategy. Develop and train the organization on processes and tools to support successful deployment and outcomes.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on leadership development and performance management. Implement strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Lead the HR business partnering team in the support of company-wide people initiatives, providing coaching, training and consultation to leaders across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Develop and execute organizational change management strategies. Establish and implement company-wide change management processes to effectively communicate and adopt change. Evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes.
Design and execute employee engagement surveys and programs to enhance engagement. Analyze survey results and develop action plans to improve satisfaction and engagement. Continually monitor the pulse of the employee population and formulate action plans to address opportunities.
Design and deliver programs and curriculum for onboarding of new hires and acquired employees to promote successful cultural assimilation.
Identify company DEI strategy aligned with engagement results and company strategy. Create and implement DEI programs aligned with company needs. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Partner with VP Total Rewards & HR Tech to evaluate, implement, configure and maintain technology solutions supporting onboarding, performance management, learning & development processes and people analytics.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or related field, or related experience
Minimum 10+ years of related experience
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to translate complex data into visualized storytelling to educate and influence key stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$179,825.93-267,025.20 USDThe actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
