The Analytics Team on the financial services and Insurance and wealth management vertical is a collaborative and dynamic group focused on driving data science and analytical solutions for our client across all aspect of marketing.
The Senior Director of Analytics is responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing data-driven solutions and recommendations, and being an advocate for the Analytics discipline on behalf of multiple Fortune-500 clients. You will be asked to understand the complex language of data, including database management, machine learning, audience segmentation, optimization, measurement, and insights. A critical component of this position is being able to explain these complex processes along with analytics results so that senior marketing clients can make smart data driven decisions. The Senior Director will also define process as this role is responsible for internal team coordination, quality assurance and final approval of client and data-driven deliverables.

Responsibilities
You will manage a team of analysts, which includes overseeing and working on analytics projects alongside the team, across all levels and parts of the business, and maintain a balanced workload across all team members
You will create and lead a culture of data-informed decision-making
You will cultivate relationships with senior leaders within the organization and across external agencies and client teams
You will consult with clients and our teams on projects requiring performance evaluation
You will provide CRM analytics support for applicable new business pitches across the organization
You will mentor Supervisor-level direct reports in how to manage the Analytics process and clients, while delivering analytics results with storytelling skills
You will manage both regular deliverables and high-level, projects for internal and external clients with tight turn-around times and attention to detail
You will be a thought-leader in the analytics and media spaces, in meetings and on projects
Experienced at executive level communications that address strategic and operational concerns
You will lead the development of tools, methodologies, solutions, and approaches that can be used across the organization
You will be the primary contact with clients and internal management at the executive level, and manage overall expectations as part of a long-term strategic relationship
You will be viewed as a trusted advisor by clients and our teams
You will report to the VP, Analytics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years of experience in digital media/marketing field with 4+ years of experience in digital analytics in an enterprise-level organization
Experience of media analytics principles and experience with major analytics solutions and dashboard/data visualization tools (Tableau experience preferred)
Understanding of the analytics process, and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
Understanding of ML-based projects such as model builds and segmentation
Problem solver for partners (internal and external)
Experience working with multiple departments in a matrix environment to understand client priorities and overall strategic considerations
Stay ahead of latest technologies, and industry and regulatory changes that could have an impact on metrics/measurement
Very good understanding of A/B and Multi-Variant testing methodologies and measurement strategies associated with performance optimization
Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
The anticipated salary range for this position is $163,000-$263,350. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
