As our Senior Director, Customer Partner you will lead and manage all aspects of the physician revenue cycle operations across multiple specialties and practice locations. Every day you will monitor KPIs and dashboards for collections, days in AR, denial rates, and other revenue cycle metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions. To thrive in this role, you must have 10 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on physician billing.
Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Director, Customer Partner
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize revenue capture, reduce denials and enhance overall billing performance.
Collaborate with coding, clinical, compliance, I.T., and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation, charge capture, and billing compliance.
Oversee vendor relationships and outsourcing agreements related to physician billing services, if applicable.
Manage and mentor a team of revenue cycle professionals, including directors, managers, and analysts.
Evaluate and implement technology solutions and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
Proven experience with physician group practices, academic medical centers, or large multi-specialty organizations.
Deep understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding, payer requitements, and reimbursement methodologies.
