THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Creative Director at Caraway will play a pivotal role in shaping and bringing to life our brand creative to be utilized across all key channels and touchpoints. This role requires a combination of artistic talent, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team of creative professionals. Reporting to the VP, Brand & Creative, you will be an experienced creative leader responsible for upholding & elevating Caraway’s visual & verbal identities.

The Creative Director will lead the conceptualization and ultimate development of key pieces of creative that will power marketing campaigns & product launches. This role will inspire, generate, and develop ideas that are strategically-informed and deeply integrated between all brand touchpoints, including creative content production (photos/stills, motion/video, CGI, etc.), print (packaging, mailers, OOH), digital (paid & organic social media, email marketing), and experiential (retail displays, in-store signage, events).
