Senior Director, Corporate FP&A

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Director, Corporate FP&A to join our Finance team.

About the role

The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) coordinates, monitors, analyzes, and forecasts business unit & overall company financial performance. The Senior Director of FP&A consolidates financial results, influences strategic decisions, and provides valuable insights to senior leadership about the company’s financial trajectory. This role regularly interacts extensively with senior leadership, including Finance senior leadership.

You will report to the Senior Vice President, Deputy CFO.

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office (in Hudson Square), our Tempe office (off the 101 at University Dr), or our Los Angeles office (in Marina Del Rey), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Otherwise, this is a remote / work-from-home role. If you do work remotely, you will be expected to travel to the NYC office on a quarterly basis.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $192,000 - $252,000 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $172,800- $226,800 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
