Role Summary/Purpose
As the Senior Director, Clinical Applications, MI PDx, you will lead the Application Specialist (AS) team in delivering product, clinical, and software knowledge to support the growth of the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies to accelerate Vizamyl, Flyrcado and Crianna launches while maintaining DATSAN leadership position by driving the execution of US molecular imaging reader and technologist training programs across these 4 disease areas.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop technologist and reader training strategy to enable both NPIs growth across Alzheimer’s, Cardiology and breast oncology and lifecycle management of Parkinson’s disease area
  • Build and develop a high-performing Applications specialist (AS) team across 4 disease areas
  • Own training delivery daily operations, financials, productivity, and scheduling
  • Partner with disease area GMs in integrating AS team within account activation and management process.
  • Own customer pre first  dose training across technologists and readers
  • Builda cntinious training programs for  techs and readers to ensure high quality reporting
  • Build cardiology MPI tech training capability to support Flyrcado launch
  • Support the transformation of clinical education being at the forefront of the customer experience throughout the lifecycle. 
  • Establish systems in place to measure reports quality and referrer satisfaction and proactively identify reader and tech training gaps
  • Partner with marketing in developing tech and nuclear medicine KOL programs
  • Partner with key societies to address key staffing and training gaps
  • Foster a winning culture that reflects high performance, diversity, trust, and teamwork.
  • Establish clear measurable KPIs.
  • Lead AS skills to excellence across disease areas, including product and clinical knowledge, customer training, and issue resolution.
  • Implement optimal processes for AS delivery of customer training and support.
  • Conduct regular field rides with AS to observe and coach on responsibilities and competencies.
  • Communicate relevant product offering intelligence to internal parties and participate in company work streams around clinical and business processes.
  • Manage administration of the CE Technologist Program
  • Ensure a compliant, ethical culture to promote GEHC products and adhere to the highest ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading a team and delivering results.
  • Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).
  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport. Act with optimism, humility, and hustle.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mentality to drive change management.
  • Required to travel extensively 60+% (3 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train, etc.) as necessary for onsite team coaching, customer education and training.
  • Residence located no more than 1 hour from a major airport.
  • Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals. This requires but is not limited to, proof of immunization for mumps, measles, and rubella (MMR) and hepatitis and drug testing /screening.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $167,280.00-$250,920.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
