What will you be doing?

As our Senior Director, Client Training, you will manage a team of trainers responsible for delivering live virtual training courses for colleagues and the client-base. You will develop their talent and foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration. In addition, you will strategize on how best to continually enhance our learning programs, drive efficiency of the team, and manage change and cultural transformation both internally and with our clients. You will be expected to stay current on adult learning principles and virtual training methods and applying them to drive innovation in the team’s approach to training.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and develop the performance of direct reports, providing prompt and objective coaching and counseling.
  • Coordinate, plan, and assign work for staff based on available resources and business demands.
  • Consult with stakeholders on appropriate learning plans to ensure the training needs of clients are met.
  • Perform regular assessment of live virtual training facilitation and knowledge transfer skills of direct reports through observation.
  • Ensure strategic alignment of the team and its training programs with broader company business goals.
  • Drive high customer satisfaction executional excellence.
  • Act as a champion of change for new strategies in our training programs
  • Continually look for ways for our learning programs to become more innovative and efficient.
  • Identify future training needs and develop programs addressing those needs.
  • Develop a clear understanding of Circana products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other leaders within the team to create a cohesive blended training experience.
  • Think strategically to generate new ideas, activities, and case studies that enhance our learning programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Highly collaborative, globally minded with a high level of cultural sensitivity.
  • Organized, analytic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and outside-the-box thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive for solutions and commitment to a shared goal.
  • Strong leadership skills; prior experience managing a team and driving high performance of team members.
  • Passion and previous experience with learning and development in adult learning assessment, curriculum design, development and delivery preferred.
  • Previous training and/or management experience in a virtual delivery environment preferred.
  • 5+ years of business-to-business experience with CPG, retail, software, top-tier consulting company, or technical training experience.
  • Working knowledge of software applications and products/services designed for consumer-packaged goods and retail industries is valued.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and report in on all assigned tasks.
  • Independent, proven self-starter, innovative, outside-the-box thinker, ambitious, and action-oriented
  • Flexible in adapting to change or redirection.
  • Excellent written, oral & interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with teammates and stakeholders.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 $140,000.00. 

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
