Job Description
 

SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Business Delivery Excellence (BDx) is a key leadership role within Team ARC (AI Research Center), part of the Clinical Data Science (CDS) organization, which is embedded in the Drug Development division led by the Chief Medical Officer.

This role is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of AI-driven solutions across therapeutic areas and domains, including clinical development, real-world evidence (RWE), safety, regulatory affairs, and biomarkers. The Senior Director will ensure that ARC’s advanced analytics and AI capabilities are effectively aligned with therapeutic area strategies, operational needs, and portfolio priorities. Additionally, this role drives automation initiatives in collaboration with AI Accelerator (AIx) and Product Management and Experiences (PMx) to optimize workflows and enhance scalability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership:

  • Cross-Domain Integration: Lead the integration of AI solutions across clinical, RWE, safety, regulatory, and biomarker domains to support therapeutic area strategies.

  • Innovation Advocacy: Promote the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across all supported domains.

Operational Excellence:

  • Study Support: Oversee the provision of day-to-day support for clinical studies and other research activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of AI-driven insights.
