Senior Digital Product Manager

Manages a team that is responsible for strategic growth and management of assigned digital products, services, platform, experiences or strategies. Defines the strategy and goals for assigned products and services. Ensures successful design, development, implementation, marketing and ongoing support of that strategy and tactics assigned to the Product Managers. Maintains digital standards and operational effectiveness across the enterprise, partnering with Risk, Compliance and banking services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create strategy digital products and/or services for assigned Product Managers to follow.
- Manage and resolve escalated complaints or management level issues related to assigned digital products and/or services.
- Serve as primary contact for business partners and stakeholders.
- Provide input as digital subject matter expert to enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Provide risk and operational expertise in department work policies and procedures, and provide recommendations for department policy or procedure changes.
- Responsible for unit business continuity and contingency planning and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for sign-off of key controls and reporting of all material risk issues to business risk and compliance, and overall service strategy. - Oversee digital governance and provide support across the enterprise on digital products and services
- Support incident management and production support
- Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years’ digital, marketing, product management, financial, operations and/or project management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 10 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years’ digital, marketing, product management, financial, operations and/or project management experience
