We're a growing team of passionate digital marketers committed to driving impactful marketing campaigns and delivering exceptional results. As we expand, we're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Associate with a strong background in email marketing to join our dynamic team and help elevate our digital marketing efforts.
About the Role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are engaging, data-driven, and aligned with broader marketing goals.
What You'll Do
Develop, deploy and optimize email marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution.
Build and segment targeted audiences to maximize engagement and drive conversions within list based and automated campaigns.
Monitor campaign calendars to ensure alignment with key business initiatives.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling, on-brand campaign content (templates, landing pages, forms, etc.).
Perform A/B testing on various campaign elements, including subject lines, content, and CTAs.
Use customer data, analytics and AI to personalize email content and improve engagement performance.
Provide performance reports, analyzing key metrics like open rates, clicks, conversions, and revenue.
Stay informed about email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
What We're Looking For
5+ years in email marketing within a digital marketing environment.
Familiarity with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketo, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and design principles for creating and testing email templates.
Experience with analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics to measure campaign success.
Strong understanding of A/B testing methods and campaign optimization strategies.
Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to a fast-growing team.
Preference given to candidates with a Pardot certification.
The annual salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
