As a Digital Data Networks (DDN) Marketing team member, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for enhancing awareness and customer engagement and delivering an exceptional digital customer experience for target customers.
This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager of DDN. It is responsible for expanding customer reach and increasing engagement with target accounts across digital channels (including, but not limited to, TE.com, search, social, and paid and earned media), offering customized content and a personalized experience, and generating insights from analytics to drive further improvements. The role will support the development and execution of digital (especially Account-Based Marketing - ABM) strategies and programs to position TE as a trusted partner for target customers, ensuring a best-in-class digital experience that boosts customer engagement and satisfaction, ultimately driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience planning and implementing ABM programs and customer experience enhancements, working with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, and measuring program effectiveness. The person should have a keen eye for digital trends, account-based marketing (ABM), and account-based experience (ABX) excellence. 
This individual must have a proven track record working in cross-functional and matrixed organizations. They will be self-directed and able to execute a broad spectrum of digital projects flawlessly while partnering with multiple stakeholders globally.
 

Background & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) within the B2B/SaaS, technology, or infrastructure industries (preferably in AI, cloud, data center companies, or ABM environments).
  • Experience with the whole process of an ABM/digital program from strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, measurement, and optimization
  • Proficient in ABM platforms, CRM systems, data analysis (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), content publishing (AEM), and search and social media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Proficient in MS Office. 
  • Self-driven candidate who anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities for improvement, and initiates cross-functional partnerships to achieve goals without direct oversight. 
  • Strong data-driven decision-making mindset, with expertise in understanding enterprise buyer cycles, account scoring, and lead nurturing. 
  • Clear storyteller able to translate data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good understanding of B2B customer journey, with customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills 
  • Experience with website design, ABM/Personalized experience preferred

Responsibilities  

  • Develop ABM strategies and plans to drive awareness and engagement within target markets, delivering a superior user experience to key customers.
  • Design & implement tailored campaigns (email, social, content, paid ads) for targeted accounts.
  • Develop account-specific playbooks and messaging frameworks aligned with buyer journeys.
  • Partner with cross-functional (Sales, PM, Engineering) teams to ensure alignment between ABM/digital efforts and sales goals
  • Deliver ABM insights actionable for online & offline customer interactions based on an in-depth understanding of business and customer needs.
  • Manage website experience relevant to target customers and identify opportunities to improve navigation & personalization experience for target customers.
  • Optimize workflows and tools (e.g., CRM integrations, automation platforms) to streamline ABM processes.
  • Stay ahead of ABM trends and emerging technologies, such as AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics.
  • Make recommendations on digital and ABM capabilities to enable the business unit to deliver an optimized and personalized customer experience across all channels.
     

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $114,600 - $171,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
