The Role

HOKA is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join their North America Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce Team. The primary objective of this role is to maintain high visual integrity and support channel strategies, delivering engaging and seamless digital experiences on HOKA.com and HOKA.ca.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to design for the entire digital onsite journey and have experience working within segmentation strategies.

The ideal candidate will find joy in the creative process, from ideation to execution, and be motivated through collaborations. This role sits at the intersection across creative, marketing, eCommerce, and development teams. Successful candidates will be highly skilled at synthesizing diverse perspectives into cohesive design solutions.

Candidates should be prepared to balance strategic thinking with creative execution. Building a robust portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital design skills and understanding eCommerce KPIs is crucial. Staying updated with digital innovation trends and being able to interpret them into brand-relevant content will set you apart.

Accountabilities and Functions:

  • Lead eCommerce Creative Projects: Ideate and develop concepts while maintaining global brand identity and meeting business requirements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Understand shared objectives and ideate on associated KPIs to ensure measurement of executions leads to actionable insights.
