Helping develop practices and processes that help Spring Health speed up and automate aspects of developing, testing, releasing and updating software will enable the engineering team to grow and support primary business functions. This role will be a leader in the development operations pod.Â
What youâll be doing:Â
- Develop CI/CD pipelines across many architectures in order to assist releasing and ensuring code quality.Â
- Working closely with developers to improve workflowsÂ
- Work closely with SecOps to add guardrails that limit risks and ensure secure solutionsÂ
- Identify latency and observability gaps and work with developers to fill in these gaps
- Ensure our current environments are set up in accordance with best practicesÂ
- Build and improve automation for building new environmentsÂ
- Evaluations that our tools are necessary and utilized effectively for their associated costsÂ
- Ensuring that our stack is storing PHI in a compliant and consistent mannerÂ
- Improving our infrastructure and best practices to be FedRamp compliantÂ
What success looks like in this role:
- Working with the team to improve processes by building automation to reduce manual steps
- Work on operational tickets to help share the operational burden across the team
- Contribute to brainstorming and design of new features and architecture
- Collaborate across teams and organizations to implement and improve best practices
What we expect from you:Â
- 4+ years working on a Development Operations teamÂ
- Have worked with infrastructure as code technologies (terraform, cloudformation)
