Position Summary
We’re looking for a versatile and experienced Senior Brand Designer to lead the development of high-impact creative across brand campaigns, performance marketing, lifecycle channels, and internal communications. This is a hands-on design role for someone who is passionate about shaping and evolving EarnIn’s visual identity, crafting compelling brand narratives, easily-digestable data visualization, and executing boundary-pushing creative across multiple touchpoints.

This role is ideal for a designer with a strong strategic foundation who can seamlessly translate ideas into visually stunning, high-performing creative, balancing brand storytelling with performance-driven execution, and distilling the complex into the simple. Experience in strongly mission-driven businesses, tech, mobile-first brands, and high-growth startups is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000 - $200,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of working from our offices in Mountain View 2 times per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and evolve EarnIn’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and scalability across all creative outputs.
  • Concept and design brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and brand affinity.
  • Develop integrated visual storytelling across paid, owned, and in-product experiences.
  • Create and oversee creative assets for:
    • Brand campaigns and storytelling content (digital, video, OOH, experiential)
    • Performance marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display)
    • Lifecycle marketing (email, push, SMS)
    • Internal brand communications (Brand Bible, Channel Guidelines, Org-wide All-hands)
  • Turn complex product features into eye-catching brand stories that educate, inspire, and sell—using data visualization and infographics to make info clear, engaging, and easy to digest.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring brand consistency across all creative and marketing channels, and alignment across multiple internal verticals including Product, PR, and more.
  • Lead creative experimentation and iteration, using performance data and insights to refine and optimize visual strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Product Design, and Growth, to ensure seamless integration of brand storytelling across touchpoints.
  • Stay ahead of creative and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to EarnIn’s brand and campaign work, and trying new technologies as they emerge.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or visual storytelling, with a strong focus on brand campaigns, marketing creative, and digital-first execution.
  • Expertise in brand identity design, with experience developing and scaling visual systems across multiple channels.
  • A strong conceptual thinker, comfortable ideating and executing big brand ideas that connect with audiences.
  • Proven track record of designing high-performing creative across brand campaigns, paid media, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep understanding of how design impacts performance, with experience applying data and insights to refine creative.
  • Ability to balance brand-building creative with performance-driven design, flexing seamlessly between conceptual thinking and tactical execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with marketers, product designers, and creative teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools (After Effects or similar).
  • Experience with AI tools for creative ideation, asset generation, and performance optimization is a plus.
  • A portfolio that showcases a strong sense of visual storytelling, brand identity, and high-quality marketing creative across various formats.
