Material Security is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to develop and implement strategies to create and capture demand across all channels to drive top-of-funnel growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving growth through paid and organic digital strategy, website optimization and third-party sponsorships. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on objectives and create strong feedback loops for optimization.

You’ll be part of an early, fast growing and highly effective marketing team. You’ll have a significant impact on Material Security’s growth and will report to the Director of Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of the paid advertising strategy by creating, launching and analyzing paid advertising campaigns to create and capture demand.

  • Identify, test and implement strategies to optimize and convert website traffic.

  • Manage all existing third-party sponsorships while seeking new ways to create demand through cybersecurity publications and communities.

  • Test new marketing strategies and ideas to create and capture demand through advertising, direct mail, outbound and more.

  • Use data and analytics to measure, improve and share demand generation program results with stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • Work closely with the Brand & Creative Manager to seek and provide copywriting and design feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a demand generation, growth or digital marketing role

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing paid advertising campaigns

  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, 6sense, Webflow

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent project management, communication and collaboration skills (copywriting a plus)

Compensation at Material Security is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000.
