Senior Data and Reporting Professional

The Senior Data and Reporting Professional generates ad hoc reports, regular datasets, and visualizations for end-users using Microsoft platform tools like SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS.
This role will support Humana’s Clinical Pharmacy Review (HCPR) function. The role’s responsibility will include compliance reporting (Medicare & Medicaid), operations reporting, and expert consultation around new data projects. Successful candidate will be expected to learn Humana’s HCPR business and the data that supports it. Prior pharmacy experience, particularly around the prior authorization process, is preferred.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years of technical experience in data reporting or 5 years minimum of data and analytics experience with no degree
- Advanced SQL Server coding required
- Power BI experience required including dataflow, semantic modeling, and visualization creation
- Knowledge of SSRS
- Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations and/or the analysis of healthcare data
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of SAS and other data systems
- Intermediate to advanced in Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
