Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for analyzing key HR & talent metrics, developing predictive models, and providing insights that inform talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, HR processes, recruiting processes, and project management, with a passion for leveraging data to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to talent, employee performance, retention, diversity, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track key metrics.
  • Utilize statistical methods to identify trends and provide actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support workforce planning, talent management strategies, and organizational design through data-driven insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, concise reports or presentations that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Manage the implementation of new tools and platforms to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all People-related data by establishing robust data quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in people analytics or a related role within HR/Talent or business analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Preference for familiarity with ATS systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, etc. 
  • Preference for familiarity with HRIS systems such as Rippling, Workday, etc.

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
