Position Overview

The Senior Compliance Data Analyst position is responsible for the development, tuning, analysis, and ongoing maintenance of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/OFAC risk related models, including Data Validation, and is also responsible for application of Data Science and Analytics for BSA/AML/OFAC business uses. Through these tasks, the position provides compliance oversight of the regulatory requirements of BSA/AML/USA Patriot Act and OFAC Laws, as well as, the general support of Wintrust’s BSA/AML/OFAC Program, Policies, and Procedures. The role can be expected to have a blend of Business and Systems functions, with a need to combine business and compliance understanding with technical aptitudes and skills.
