About The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior CRM Manager to take our lifecycle marketing to the next level.

This is a great opportunity to have an immediate impact in a growing startup and deliver outstanding CRM strategies and customer journeys to increase user engagement, retention and revenue.

What Your Role Encompasses

  • Define CRM strategies and metrics to activate, retain and grow our premium user base
  • Plan, build and optimise high-performing CRM programs across email, push and in-app message, including audience definition, campaign build, launch, analysis and ongoing improvement
  • Continually improve users’ experience and key metrics through experimentation underpinned by user data and research
  • Evaluate and report on CRM performance, identify hypotheses and new flows to improve key metrics
  • Work closely with colleagues from Brand Marketing, Content, Product and Design, to deliver product marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs
  • Deliver consistent and innovative customer experiences across our channels and locales

Requirements

  • Experience leading CRM strategies and delivering customer journeys across email, in-app message and push for a subscription product
  • Ability to define CRM strategy and metrics to ensure continual improvement
  • Proficient in defining and building user segments to reach users at the right time in the right channel 
  • Highly skilled in identifying drivers of retention, engagement and customer revenue, and designing CRM programs to increase these actions from users
  • Broad experience in product marketing and campaign planning — able to independently deliver CRM marketing programs
  • Expert in building, analysing and optimising CRM flows and campaigns in marketing automation platforms (Braze, Emarsys, Iterable or similar)
  • Data-driven mindset, can report on lifecycle marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proven experience designing, implementing and analysing multivariate tests to improve performance across the user lifecycle 
  • Ability to use data and user research to understand user motivations, personas and blockers and apply them to improve key metrics
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative judgement in English, to ensure CRM output is effective and on-brand

Hiring Process

  • Application review
  • Initial Call with Martin (our recruiter)
  • Task Assignment - Complete a task at home, which you will present to Dom (Head of CRM) and Gessica (CMO)
  • Team Interviews - The final step involves interviews with different team members you would be working with on a day-to-day basis
