The role

One’s Design Team is here to help people achieve balance in how they save, spend, and grow their money by creating approachable solutions that can give everyone a path toward financial well-being. The Sr. Creative, Art, position at One is a pivotal role in developing compelling creative to communicate this offering to our current and future customers. 

You will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams across deliverables in our primary distribution channel from consumer retail and events to digital advertising and campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual thinking and design skills, leveraging expertise in design principles, composition skills, typography, and art direction to move the brand forward. This role reports to the Design Manager, Channel. .While we do gather periodically in person, this is a remote position.

This role is responsible for:  

  • Collaborating closely with the Design Studio, copywriting partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, always considering the customer experience.

  • Working independently on multiple projects, executing at a consistently high level of design.

  • Leveraging existing brand identity system while also knowing when to push its evolution.

  • Partnering with fellow designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.

  • Solving creative problems effectively and adapting to changing needs.

  • Generating innovative conceptual ideas alongside talented team members to support anything from the smallest creative tasks to full campaign concepts.

  • Taking ownership of projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
