The Opportunity: Senior Counsel - Labor and Employment (Remote - USA)

Are you an experienced attorney with background in labor and employment matters, negotiating, drafting and reviewing customer and vendor contracts, and experience working with engineering and product teams at a tech company? Do you want to join a growing business and use your knowledge and skills to help build out great products, services and tools for the entertainment industry? Are you excited about impacting the trajectory of the project economy? Then this may be the role for you. 

The Senior Counsel will be a member of the Wrapbook Legal team and will play a crucial role providing in-house legal counsel regarding matters across the company, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing customer and vendor contracts, advising internal teams on labor and employment regulations and best practices that are incorporated into Wrapbook’s platform and offerings as an employer of record, along with support for the People, Labor Relations, Operations, and Tax teams.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide in-house legal counsel on contract and product-related matters as they relate to Wrapbook’s offerings, its role as an employer of record, along with its corporate employees, which may include, but are not limited to, wage and hour laws, workers’ compensation, labor relations, human resources issues, employee agreements and policy-related issues, employment related litigation, grievances and arbitration, FMLA matters and generally assist the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel and support the People, Labor …
