Job Description

Join a team of strategists and creatives with an unparalleled passion for all things content and social. You will help shape our clients’ brand narratives and drive online conversation through captivating content strategies.  

With a keen eye for storytelling, deep understanding of audience behaviours and key social media channels, and the ability to discover, interpret, and translate data into actionable consumer insights, you will build foundational playbooks, overarching content strategies, and brand persona architecture; write compelling, inspiring content briefs; and collaborate directly with creatives on content development.  

You’ll do it all while leading a team of strategists and offering thought leadership across team strategy, reporting, execution, community management, and social listening. You’re a social-savvy team player who can work independently and/or collaboratively in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities:  

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive foundational content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. These will include content pillars, tone, voice, and overarching brand identity in social. 
  • Audience Research: Conduct in-depth research into audience demographics, behaviours, and preferences, leveraging these insights to inform content strategies and messaging. 
  • Content Briefs: Develop high-quality, insight-led content briefs that ensure consistency in tone and messaging and inspire creative teammates.  
  • Content Optimization and Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights, analytics, and consumer research to optimize content performance. Continuously refine strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion by monitoring performance using statistical techniques and analytics tools.
