As a Senior Content Strategist, you will…

  • Develop, validate, and optimize strategies for product and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Reviewing current content, creating messaging based on audience segmentation, Optimization messaging and tactics for increased impact and engagement, and ensuring that there is unity across channels, campaigns, and teams.
  • Create and maintain content playbooks for business objectives and products.
  • Assist with content migration when required.

Minimum Quals:

  • 4+ years of experience in a strategic role in either agency, lifecycle or product marketing
  • 4+ years of experience in Copywriting and copyediting experience
  • 3+ years of experience in market research and analysis
  • Collaborative, communicative, and personable
  • Able to work independently and in a team

Preferred Quals:

  • Experience in Marketing Cloud, CMS, Hotspot
  • Experience using analytics platforms and reporting to find insights that will inform strategies
  • Working knowledge of UX design systems such as wireframes, prototypes, comps, and design specifications
