✨ TL;DR ✨We’re looking for a hands-on Content Strategist to define and shape Photoroom’s voice.
As our first dedicated expert, you’ll establish a cohesive, engaging tone and guide our brand through its next stage of growth. This role is both strategic and executional—you’ll shape our voice while refining copy for key initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience writing for a global audience of 25M+ users across B2B and B2C. Your work will set the foundation for how Photoroom communicates, making our product more trusted, engaging, and loved worldwide.
💰 €85k—€95k* + Stock-Options/BSPCE
🇪🇺 Full remote from anywhere in Europe** with monthly visits to our Paris office (fully expensed).

✨ About the role✨Define and own our tone of voice. Maintain and evolve Photoroom’s content guidelines—tone, grammar, glossary, and branded terms—while serving as the go-to expert for content questions.
Leverage AI for efficiency. Build AI-friendly guidelines to streamline content creation, so you can focus on refining the final touch rather than writing from scratch.
Champion best practices. Collaborate with product managers and designers to refine copy that aligns with product goals and content standards.
Make data-driven decisions. Use internal insights to shape localization, terminology, and branded language strategies.
Drive high-impact execution. Support web and marketing teams on key content decisions (e.g., SEO, branding) and contribute to strategic projects company-wide.
You know how to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to ideate and craft copy. You have experience with AI-generated content and can create a unique, authentic voice that builds trust in the product.
You have experience creating copy for products, and understand how to ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across various touchpoints (e.g., apps, website, social content).
You advocate for best practices and develop clear, effective content guidelines for internal teams. You work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-friendly experiences
You have a strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and writing for a global audience.
You are comfortable being hands-on, ready to step in and create product copy when needed to support Photoroom’s content needs.
You are a native English speaker.
