ABOUT THE PROJECT

You will be part of the SAP team in Lithuania, consisting of approximately 20 consultants, and integrated into the larger SAP DACH organization with around 180 consultants. This role is central to delivering innovative SAP S/4HANA solutions, primarily for clients in the manufacturing and automotive industries.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of this dynamic and collaborative team, you will focus on designing and optimizing warehouse management processes, implementing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) and logistics solutions, and driving transformation projects. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals while contributing to the expansion of best practice industry solutions. You will report to the SAP Lithuania Team Lead and align functionally with the broader SAP Transformation portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Design & Delivery

• Design and optimize warehouse management processes in complex interface projects and transformations for major clients in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.

• Implement SAP warehouse management (eWM) and logistics solutions using the SAP application stack.

• Develop functional concepts and specifications, conduct tests, and support industry best practice solutions.

• Plan and execute customer journeys while maintaining global scalability and consistency.

• Lead the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live phases of customer S/4HANA on-premise and cloud implementation projects.

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery while managing revenue, resource consumption, and profitability.

Client Engagement

• Conduct customer workshops and training sessions to align solutions with client needs.

• Build and maintain relationships with key executives, SMEs, and professional organizations.

• Provide innovative ideas and solutions to address client challenges, leveraging best practices tailored to each client’s culture.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Guide and mentor team members to deliver quality projects and consulting services.

• Work closely with SAP consulting teams across the region to develop and distribute new ideas and solutions.

• Define and estimate effort for functional teams, ensuring deliverables meet engagement objectives and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

• A completed degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, system conversion, and landscape transformation.

• Proven experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect or a similar leadership role.

• Expertise in multiple SAP modules and the SAP Activate Methodology.

• Experience with pre-sales, advisory services, and solution development.

• Successful delivery of at least four full lifecycle SAP implementations or rollouts.

• Strong technical and analytical skills, including familiarity with SAP standard tools.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

• Certification in S/4HANA or other SAP solutions is highly desirable.

• Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage.

• Willingness to travel and collaborate across geographies.
