Senior Consultant - EVS / Laundry / Linen

Summary:

In this role, you will manage individual work efforts and projects to deliver insightful data analysis which may include strategic recommendations, effective project management, performance improvements, and / or technical or operational consulting expertise. You will also travel to provider and supplier location, communicating data findings to every level of position at client facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced interpretation of results, manipulating data to drive change.

• Act as a resource for less experienced consultants on data interpretation and storytelling.

• Work closely with suppliers on pricing, contracts, and fulfillment.

• Utilize project management methodology to guide work efforts.

• Facilitate provider meetings and discussions, present recommendations to senior leadership.

• Manage mid to senior-level member relationships and expectations.

• Identify possible upsell opportunities and discuss potential opportunities to solidify partnerships with providers.

• Outline a plan for developing or improving products / services / tools / methods in functional area of focus.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years relevant experience in Environmental Services / Laundry / Linen Distribution Management required.

• Health care or consulting firm experience highly preferred.

• Previous experience with cost savings projects desired. 

• Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred.

• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
