As a Senior Consultant, Analysis & Insights, you will be a natural problem solver and a quick learner. You will enjoy working with data because it's like a mystery to be solved. You're a master storyteller with data and have experience with finding meaning in data and delivering insights. You will work with industry thought leaders and world class clients. You will report to the Associate Director, Analysis & Insights.
Responsibilities
- You will document and critically assess the client's business and analysis questions for Fortune 500 companies
- You will develop complex metric guides to answer client queries
- You will provide strategic approaches to data collection and data usage, to align with achieving the client's business needs and priorities
- You will lead the relationship with the client and lead projects from initiation through fruition
- You will gain incremental client engagements through strong work, visionary thinking, and adaptability
- You will lead data pull methodology from various web analytics and media analytics tools
- You will develop visuals to explain data trends, either via dashboarding or data visualization tools
- You will creatively and concisely communicate 'stories' using data, aligned with the client's business needs
- You will provide internal guidance to the team to ensure projects are aligned with the client's needs, and help keep the projects on time and on budget
Required Skills
- You will have a Bachelor's degree (quantitative field preferred)
- You will have at least 3 years of business analysis focusing on performance optimization in an agency setting
- You will have at least 3 years of continuous work with digital analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- You will have familiarity with attribution concepts, A/B testing, and voice-of-customer data
- You will have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio or Power BI
- You will understand major digital marketing channels, such as paid search and programmatic display
- You can develop measurement frameworks for clients' digital programs
- You can translate requirements into specific goals and KPIs
- You will have demonstrated capabilities on analytics-related topics and cultivate a unique perspective on digital analytics
