About this position
G-P is seeking a social savvy experienced communications professional to join our team to elevate executive thought leadership initiatives. The senior communications manager, executive thought leadership will build a thought leadership program centered on LinkedIn for key leadership members across the C-suite and senior leadership team and shape compelling narratives to reinforce G-P's position as an AI innovator and industry leader within the HR technology and Employer of Record (EOR) sectors.
This individual plays a pivotal role in crafting and promoting compelling narratives that resonate across traditional and social media platforms. This person must be an expert in building executive and corporate brands on social media, and be able to learn and write in multiple voices.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute a comprehensive social media thought leadership communications program and strategy that enhances G-P's reputation and amplifies the expertise of our senior leadership leadership.
- Enhance the reputation of G-P’s leaders by optimizing their profiles, writing high impact content and amplifying their expertise across various business functions, including finance, technology and HR among others
- Create and host social media trainings for C-suite and senior leadership, providing guidance on building a leadership presence and personal brand voice on social media.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform and refine G-P's thought leadership approach, ensuring relevance and impact in communications
- Engage with executives and senior leadership to generate fresh content ideas and foster a culture of thought leadership within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing to ensure cohesive content strategies and adherence to brand guidelines, while taking into consideration individual executive voice and tone styles.
- Contribute to quarterly communications and marketing dashboards and reporting on the effectiveness of thought leadership initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Master’s/bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, psychology, sociology or other relevant fields
- Proven experience managing executive thought leadership programs on social media
- Demonstrated ability engaging with and writing for C-level and senior executive leadership
- Experience in the B2B tech, HR tech and/or AI technologies sectors is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $105,600 - $132,000 plus variable compensation.
