Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities
  • Communications leadership: Collaborate with Segment Communications Directors to support PR campaigns, employee activities, and digital media initiatives. Utilize traditional media, social media, and internal communications to promote products and events.

  • Cohesive Storytelling: Develop a cohesive narrative across segments that aligns with our core themes to enhance thought leadership.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Internal Communications, and Corporate Communications to craft and disseminate impactful messages for target audiences.

  • Cross-Segment Communications: Provide strategic communication support for cross-segment initiatives, ensuring a consistent and cohesive message throughout all business activities.

  • Content Development: Create communication materials for product launches and events, including press releases, presentations, and social media content. Pitch these to media outlets and influencers to generate earned media coverage.

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze communication efforts using KPIs and data insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, or related field.

  • 10+ years’ experience working in PR and/or Culture Communications – either in a corporate or agency environment.

  • Ability to understand GE HealthCare’s goals and proactively identify opportunities to meet them.

  • Clear thinking, creative communication and problem-solving skills with demonstrated success leading multiple projects/initiatives within communications / PR function.

  • Experience working in a matrixed, global environment.

  • Demonstrated success supporting and managing communications for senior-level business clients.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $126,480.00-$189,720.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
