Job Description:

Key Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Communications: Develop and execute communications programs by defining key objectives, messages, and channels to enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Content Development: Craft high-quality content for emails, FAQs, keynotes, talking points, newsletters, videos, websites, announcements, and more.
• Resource Management: Build and maintain communications toolkits, templates, and messaging guides for global and local teams.
• Process Innovation: Identify and implement new communication methods, processes, and best practices.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze metrics to measure communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Social Media: Develop and co-lead the execution of a social media strategy to promote the CES business, reputation, and culture.
• Relationship Building: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure consistent messaging.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or communications in the tech industry with a minimum of two years in a similar role (excluding internships)
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $63,600 - $118,000.
