Job Description

HII Mission Technologies provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.

HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to work out of their clients L’Enfant Plaza office. Currently, the team is working remotely from home, however, that may change subject to client’s discretion. Candidate(s) must be local in the Washington, DC metro area.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following)

• Assist the project leader in leading analyst/programmers in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems.
• Analyzes and evaluates complex data processing systems, both current and proposed, translating business area customer information system requirements into detailed system/program requirements.
• Provides alternatives, recommendations and assistance to project leader involved in the development, integration, and installation of application systems.
• Act as a Scrum Master to lead a team through a project and daily scrums using hybrid project management techniques
• Perform Project Management Office duties such as representations, status tracking, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
