  • Develop a plan to standardize processes and tools across the team, considering the needs and preferences of different stakeholders and users.

  • Identify and resolve any barriers or challenges to the standardization effort, such as technical issues, user resistance, or organizational culture.

  • Finalize and implement the selected processes and tools, ensuring they are user-friendly, reliable, and secure.

  • Create standard operating procedures and documentation for the new processes and tools, and ensure they are aligned with the best practices and compliance requirements for government proposals.

  • Train and coach users across the team on using the new processes and tools effectively and efficiently.

  • Develop a regular maintenance and monitoring strategy for the new processes and tools and assign clear roles and responsibilities for the upkeep and improvement of the system.

  • Create a communication strategy to inform and engage the internal stakeholders and users about the changes and benefits of the new processes and tools.

  • Provide on-call support and troubleshooting for the new processes and tools and respond to any feedback or issues the users raise.

What You Will Bring With You:

  • 10+ years of experience preparing documents in response to government requirements.

  • Experience conducting sucessful business process projects, as described above.

Professional Skills:
