About the role
We're looking to grow our sales team by finding bright, hardworking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who want to contribute to Transcend’s incredible growth and culture. Each member plays an integral role in building the foundation of our future sales organization. On the agenda is setting an outstanding first impression with prospective customers - by phone, email, video, or in person.What you'll do
- Partner with BDR Manager and fellow BDRs to tailor creative outreach programs, strategically source contacts from target accounts and send personalized messages at scale.
- Engage in high level conversations with privacy pros, engineers and in-house counsels up to c-level leadership to enhance awareness and interest in targeted industries and segments.
- Collaborate within and across teams - including building long-lasting partnerships with prospective customers.
- Learn about Transcend’s product and landscape.
- Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding interest.
- Own your book of business with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Who you are
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- High energy and positive attitude
- Deep curiosity, empathy, and grit - we’re partnering with our customers to solve hard problems, and we win as a team
- Creative thinker who takes initiative on outbounding motions.

- Previous experience as a SDR/BDR/Full Cycle Sales
- Using Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator and Outreach
- Working at early-stage SaaS startups
- Prospecting the Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Security or Engineering Persona
- Selling a complex SaaS solution

For this role, the estimated OTE salary range is below. The actual annual salaries will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
The listed range below is a guideline, and the annual OTE salary range for this role may be modified. Transcend offers attractive health benefits, equity, and perks in addition to cash compensation.
