Sentara Health is now hiring a Senior Business analyst (Remote) to join our Health Plan - Sales & Operations team!

This is a Full-time & 100% Remote position

Job Description:

This Senior Business Analyst will be responsible in supporting all technical and back-end processes and reporting for our CRM/Salesforce platform. The Senior BA will also be responsible for identifying process improvements and streamlining processes to include developing workflows and supporting policies and procedures for new products, services, and new capabilities.  The Senior BA will track issues, perform root cause analysis, complete ad hoc requests and facilitate expedited recovery when warranted.

The Senior BA will engage formal project management and other function area support as required.

They will also be responsible for reporting externally and internally.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor level degree required.
  • 3 years of experience in Analytics/ Healthcare/ Project management required.
  • Experience in CRM/Salesforce preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred

Salary Range: $74,933.04 to $107,889.60 annually

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas. Provides subject matter expertise related to quality initiative implementation, reporting and analysis. Is a liaison between internal/external customers and Information Technology for business definition, scope, testing and implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer knowledge to improve business practices.
