This position is responsible for providing advanced clinical business analytics support for the clinical practice efficiency(CPE) program, including but not limited to Epic efficiency and proficiency work. This role will lead the design validation, clinical input gathering, and identifying improvements in the clinical tools. This position will be a key participant in the design of the reporting tools for CPE within the Providence Enterprise and will support the analytical review of clinical content. This role is a key interface with the Epic application team, ACOE and Healthcare Intelligence that will be building the technical specifications for the reporting tools designed to measure CPE work.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Science, or other healthcare related areas
- 7 years of progressive responsibility in managing projects and doing business analytics
- 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Experience in clinical analytics and business knowledge with specific experience partnering with clinicians
- Demonstrated experience with national clinical best practices and benchmarks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Coursework/Training Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups
- Some management experience
- Clinical experience or background
