Senior Billing Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Assist with billing, payments and contract management function for various ServiceTitan and affiliate products, partnering cross-functionally across departments (Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, Support, Success, AR/Collections) to manage client accounts, set up billing, track contract data and address customer billing issues

• Review contract terms to ensure accuracy in billing and Salesforce CPQ data

• Assist with month-end close responsibilities related to billing and partner with Revenue Accounting to ensure revenue is appropriately recognized following US GAAP

• Partner with IT and Revenue Accounting teams on ongoing migration to Salesforce CPQ+Billing and Workday revenue

• Assist with various billing-related reporting, including ad hoc requests

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent field

• Proficient understanding of basic accounting theory (e.g. Accounts Receivable & Revenue)

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Salesforce a plus

• Strong ability to meet deadlines and multi-task within a fast paced environment

• Strong written and oral communication skills and detail-oriented

• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
