Working Requirements

1. Working Location: Anywhere in Vietnam, remote
2. Working Hours: You are expected to work an average of 8 hours a day, allowing for flexibility and autonomy. However, it is important to allocate time for daily communication and prompt response with the team, ensuring efficient task completion.
3. Job Nature: Full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
4. Language requirements: Fluent English for communication with international teams.

Technical requirements

1. Possesses strong logical thinking, is skilled at analyzing and solving problems, and has good communication abilities.
2. Demonstrates strong English proficiency and can communicate fluently with team members and stakeholders across various regions, particularly with the US team.
3. Solid knowledge of data structures, programming skills, engineering capabilities, and clean coding practices.
4. Proficient in Go, experienced with gRPC, and capable of writing efficient and robust server-side programs.
5. Familiar with Python and its commonly used frameworks and technology stacks, such as Flask, Pandas, etc.
6. Familiar with common databases such as Mysql, Postgres, Redis, and MongoDB.
7. Proficient in common Git commands and workflows, particularly those related to GitHub pull requests.

Bonus experience

1. Remote Working Experience: Prior experience with remote work is preferred.

1. The employment contract will be administered through a Singapore-based human resources firm. Compensation will be based on an hourly wage framework, with the default presumption of full-time employment (8 hours a day, 40 hours a week).

2. The hourly rate for this position ranges from approximately USD $13 - $25 per hour, depending entirely on the individual’s skill level.
