Job Description
The Senior Associate will be part of a team, specifically focused on transforming raw data into insights and recommendations to guide outcomes for our clients. You will have an interest in all things data: whether it’s data tidying, visualization, analysis, or statistics, using data to guide business outcomes is a passion. You will create clear reports from datasets of all sizes and provide analysis for our client. You will maintain communication and collaboration with our client and media teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. You will construct and provide accurate deliverables, provide strategic thinking, accuracy, and analysis on data collected. You will report to the Senior Manager, Analytics. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities:
• You will start-to-end ownership for the quality and timeliness of analytics deliverables
• You will guide completion of data insight projects
• You will collaborate with partners, internal and on client-side
• You will set the vision for measurement and reporting across their line of business in partnership with the media teams
•You will stitch data together from multiple data sources
•You will ensure data quality
•You will resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues
•You will understand the business processes and use the procured knowledge in planning, execution, and reporting
•You will handle small data pulls (ad hoc requests) and provide support for larger data needs.
•You will interpret data and analyze results to generate insights
•You will help define data requirements for data engineering build to meet client's dashboard and reporting needs
Qualifications
•1-2 years in a quantitative business environment
•Experience in media analytics
•Experience in data visualization (Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Tableau,)
•Experience in SQL, Python, or R
•Proficiency in PowerPoint
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also …
