Job Description
This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast.
- Manage Outlook Inboxes
- Handle daily/routine client information requests and fulfill ad-hoc requests as needed
- Support client on multiple Private Equity funds within various industries
- Manage investor expectations and ensure adherence to timelines of client’s deliverables
- Communicate with other departments regarding upcoming posts and approvals
- Update and manage document processes and policies to ensure proper record keeping
- Manage the delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients and the investors
- Oversee relationships with own team and client to ensure standards are met and operating according to client’s process
- Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions for process development
Qualifications
- Three plus year experience in private equity, public accounting, or a combination of experience at an alternative asset investment firm
- Analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and administration for alternative investment funds
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to provide exceptional client service
- Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment, provide and accept constructive feedback
- Ability to produce high quantity of work product with accuracy and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple demands and competing deadlines
- Effective and professional communication
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
- Experience in or desire to manage and train junior team members
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word preferred
Additional Information
Salary based on experience and location ($65,000-$90,000) and full benefits package offered.
