We are looking to add an Integrated Publishing (Digital & Print) Investment Senior Associate to work on a luxury fashion portfolio brand You will work with a supportive team of people who are invested providing you with opportunities to build both your confidence and your skillset. You will report into the Associate Director on the team. This can be a hybrid role based in New York City, NY.

This role encompasses technology partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, data analysis, and communications.   

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Senior team members to develop Digital and Print campaigns for assigned client(s)
  • Support all client deliverables including campaign set up, pre/post-launch QA, reporting, billing reconciliation, and internal communication
  • Complete QA of all platforms supporting a campaign launch (ad server, verification partner, etc.)
  • Develop an understanding of trafficking process and implications of trafficking decisions on reporting and campaign set-up
  • Develop strong relationships with agency team counterparts working cohesively to deliver for the clients
  • Troubleshoot basic campaign delivery and performance issues independently
  • Manage pace reporting across campaigns and provide optimization suggestions to ensure full delivery
  • Manage close date charts and spec sheets
  • Develop ability to interpret media data, provide actionable insights and recommendations to line management for review/approval
  • Support monthly actualization and billing process

Qualifications:

  • 1+ experience within the digital media buying, brand safety, ad ops, and/ or ad trafficking
  • Experience using some or all of the following: Prisma, DCM, DV360, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ad verification platforms such as IAS
  • Strong knowledge of media math and concepts

The anticipated salary range for this position is 53K- 80K. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
