We’re looking for a Senior Associate of Digital Marketing to help take our performance media team to new heights! We’re a team of energetic marketers driving rapid business growth through a data-driven, fast paced approach. If you’re someone who’s excited to contribute to a growing business, enjoys diving into data to deliver critical customer and platform insights, has a passion for media, has a craving to learn more about media execution and has experience in media measurement or reporting, ezCater is the place for you!

What You'll Do: 

  • Collaborate in managing campaign planning, execution and reporting of performance and awareness campaigns, including but not limited to display, paid social, programmatic, YouTube, Online video, CTV/TV, digital out of home, radio/digital audio, etc.
  • Be key in driving best in class campaign insights via ongoing monitoring and reporting of campaigns to identify audience, creative, and/or platform learnings to direct media strategy
  • Shepard the development of integrated media campaign reporting in partnership with internal analytics and ad operations teams, third-party vendors and agencies, in order to automate key metric performance findings to identify ongoing campaign optimizations and audience opportunities
  • Learn how to manage in-platform campaign set-up, budget monitoring, optimizations, and reporting across priority campaigns within platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, & Pinterest platforms
  • Help develop our performance growth strategy including creative testing, new partner onboarding, audience strategies and more
  • Join forces across growth, analytics and operations teams to ensure campaign reporting is cohesive, recurring, and supports all teams in campaign management needs!

What You Have

  • 1-3+ years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing and/or media analytics with experience with performance and awareness channels
  • Energized by Data – strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Hands on experience executing and reporting in-platform programmatic, paid social and/or YouTube campaigns preferred (but not required) across a wide range of targeting strategies (prospecting, retargeting and 1st/0-party data)
