About the Team
Our CPG Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising. We provide digital marketing solutions to help CPG brands advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be responsible for managing our internal and external infrastructure and tools that power client-facing business reporting.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, highly-motivated individual to support our CPG Ads business. In this role, you’ll be part of our CPG S&O team, supporting our growing sales team to help CPGs measure performance and manage content of their respective brand portfolios. In this role you will serve as “subject matter expert” on the DoorDash unified product library and downstream reporting data, enabling CPGs to successfully grow their brands and manage their presence across DoorDash’s platform. In particular you will
- Learn and improve the content management processes and tools available to advertisers by partnering with our product team to execute our catalog roadmap
- Build scalable data tools to help the CPG sales team monitor advertiser performance and quantify the success of marketing strategies
- Maintain high quality catalog content and accurate reporting data by building robust and accurate processes to manage and monitor content and reporting infrastructure. Root cause and resolve issue flagged by partners
- Scale our library and reporting products across the broad spectrum of CPGs to drive performant advertiser outcomes; as DoorDash continues to grow into new verticals, you will build the path to bring new manufacturers onto our CPG capabilities
- Analyze and Influence: You enjoy hunting for insights and using data to share meaningful learnings and make actionable recommendations
- Scale: You are ready to roll up your sleeves and help build new and improve current processes and tools to increase the reach and impact of your work
- Partner: You’ve worked closely with sales and account teams before and know what data they - and their partners - need to achieve their marketing goals
- Attention to Detail: You have a knack for spotting inconsistencies and ensuring precision in every task. Your thorough approach allows you to catch errors before they become issues, and you take pride in delivering work that meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- You have 2+ years of experience in catalog operations, consulting, or data science;
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience required; you are able to build easy to use data tools for users who aren’t as data savvy
- Have worked in a client facing role and are comfortable sharing data-backed insights and recommendations to external audiences
- You have a proven track record of hitting goals and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
We expect this position to be filled by 5/25/2025.
